We have been helping LMC to follow the trends in the field of job search since 2011, i.e. for more than 10 years. We monitor the perception of job portals (and recently also services offering jobs) in the Czech population twice a year.

We work with a robust sample of n=2000 to 3000 respondents, so the outputs are stable over time and produce valid results. A large sample allows us to classify groups according to demographic or attitude characteristics.

We also use our ‘Brand-Strategy-Booster’ analysis in research, aimed at dividing the population into 12 archetypal segments.

We have been working with the ppm factum research team for a very long time. We have recently modified Tracking to cover new aspects of job search that we need to monitor. The labour market is now undergoing relatively big changes and our company needs to respond to them. This is done by regular monitoring that ppm factum carries out for us. The big advantage is the long-term nature of the project. We can monitor trends and changes in the perception of brands, but also changes in people’s behaviour when looking for a job. Thanks to this, we can react very flexibly, remain the market leader and meet our vision of ensuring a better world of work for everyone.
