To check the current stock in the store, we use a unique reporting system with GPS location.

Replenishment – is a critical activity ensuring that the customers always find the product they are looking for. It is always important to have the right stock monitoring system and to set minimum and maximum stock levels for each product. Systematic and regular replenishment of goods minimizes incomplete shelves and thus loss of sales for our client.

Secondary placement – a place where special offers, new items or seasonal products can be presented. We support our clients’ sales by secondary placement in strategic parts of the store to attract customers. We motivate the customer through secondary placements to increase the average shopping basket, when customers buy other products that act impulsively on them.

Implementation of POS materials – as part of the promotions at the point of sale, we place POS materials and advertising elements located around cash registers or near products or secondary placement. We inform the customer about discounts, promotions, contests and other important information.

Reporting feedback from POS – monitoring and reporting are key to assessing the success of merchandising activities. We monitor all parameters for a detailed analysis of customer reactions and other metrics. Data collection includes OOS monitoring, the success rate and effectiveness of promotions; together with our clients, we ensure a more effective merchandising service.

We provide all data to our clients using the timeless Power BI portal, which provides a number of advanced options, including the connection of several data sources. If the client is interested, we provide processing through our Retail Audit Division in the form of presentations, which may also include our recommendations and may also be supported by a personal presentation.
